Austin and Whisperr first met in 6th grade at Harper Creek Middle School. It was Austin's first year there, and they saw each other every day in class, as well as after school when picking up their younger siblings from elementary.

At one point, a couple of boys even asked Austin if he and Whisperr were dating. However, they hadn't yet considered that possibility. Who could have predicted what the future held for them?

They went on their first official date in May 2016. And because she was so nervous, they went to see a movie with another friend. He picked her up, and they jammed out to some 2000s songs on the way there and back. This was the day Austin knew for sure he loved her.

Sadly, they decided not to explore the relationship further at this point. They both had a wonderful date experience and just stayed friends for a little over five years!

Austin and Whisperr officially resumed their relationship in mid-August 2021. There was instant chemistry when they saw each other again, and their relationship quickly blossomed.

In late September, they learned they were expecting a precious baby. Although things were moving quickly, neither of them would have wanted it any other way.

They had their first ultrasound in mid-October (as shown in the picture) and instantly fell head over heels in love with their future child.

This month was full of fun for Whisperr and Austin. They moved in together and got to celebrate their first Thanksgiving. They also decided to inform their families about the exciting news of the baby.

Did you know that Austin's favorite season is winter? This month marks the start of many Christmas celebrations that they will enjoy together.

What could be more romantic than twinkling lights, cuddling on the couch while watching the snow fall outside, and sipping hot chocolate?

On May 23rd, 2022, they welcomed their firstborn, Casperr. He weighed 7 pounds 4 ounces and measured 21.5 inches long. Although small, he was mighty and stole his parents' hearts forever.

Whisper was due on May 29th but was induced on May 22nd due to a diagnosis of gestational hypertension and concerns about preeclampsia.

After a long night of labor---which thankfully wasn’t as lengthy as it often is for first-time parents---and nearly three hours of pushing, Casperr was born!On May 23, 2022, they welcomed their firstborn, Casperr. He weighed 7 pounds, 4 ounces, and measured 21.5 inches long. Although he was small, he was mighty and stole his parents' hearts forever.

In mid-November 2022, they discovered that they were expecting another child, which meant their family was growing once again. They were completely surprised and, to say the least, shocked! However, they were also incredibly excited to see what this new baby would bring into their lives.

They found out the news one day and told their immediate family the very next day by dressing Cas in a sleeper that originally said "little brother." Ironically, keeping secrets is not Whisperr's strong suit! They had their first ultrasound in early December and shared the big news with everyone else on Christmas.

In 2022, many significant events took place. One of the standout moments was celebrating their first Christmas as a family of three, with another child on the way.

In February 2023, Austin and Whisperr attended a gender reveal party for their second baby. The event was organized by Austin's sister, Carly, along with a very close friend of hers. Together, they brought the celebration to life.

Whisperr was convinced they were having another boy, while Austin felt strongly that it was going to be a girl.

A playful trick was involved! The girls first popped the blue confetti poppers, only to then shout, "JUST KIDDING," and release the pink poppers. Whisperr was in complete shock, turning around to exclaim, "YOU LIED TO ME???" The moment was beautiful, and many friends and family members showed up in support. Austin and Whisperr were thrilled to begin shopping for their sweet baby girl!

Austin and Whisperr celebrated Casperr's first birthday with an ocean theme on May 21, 2023. It was a wonderful time, and it felt special to celebrate their firstborn before the arrival of the new baby.

Casperr was uncertain about his cake. He carefully pinched pieces of frosting and cake, delicately eating them one by one. After a little while, he finally decided to go all in and tear up his little smash cake.

On June 30th, 2023, they welcomed their second child into the world. Whisperr was originally due on July 16th but was induced three weeks early due to cholestasis. This condition interferes with the normal flow of bile from the gallbladder, resulting in symptoms such as itching and yellowing of the skin. Cholestasis can also increase the risk of adverse outcomes for both the mother and fetus, including stillbirth, respiratory distress syndrome, and preterm labor.

Little Secret entered the world like a determined missile. The time between reaching 5 cm to 10 cm of dilation was a mere 10 minutes. As the nurse stepped out of the delivery room to fetch the doctor, Austin shouted, "UHH, SHE'S COMING!" upon seeing the baby crowning. Fortunately, the nurse returned just in time to catch her before she was born.

It was Christmas Day, and they were participating in their annual Secret Santa exchange. Whisperr took Secret down for her nap, and Austin followed her. After getting her down, Whisperr decided to return to the party, but Austin gently pulled her arm back. He then got down on one knee, presented a ring, and began his heartfelt speech. Finally, he asked the special question, "Will you marry me?" Whisperr was filled with excitement and replied, "Yes! Absolutely!"

In April 2024, Whisperr visited True Society in Grand Rapids to try on dresses. She was accompanied by her future mother-in-law, Dawn, and her future sisters: Logan, Riley, and Carly.

They had a blast, to say the least. Everyone was motivated, excited, and so nice. She even bonded with her dress stylist over the Twilight movies! All in all, it was a great day.

The last thing she expected that day was to say yes. However, she found a dress she couldn't live without if she left it behind. There were too many signs that pointed to this being THE ONE.

Casperr's second birthday was space-themed! Although not many people attended, they had a blast among the planets!

They went to the John Ball Zoo for a special birthday treat. Casperr and Secret loved seeing all of the animals and decorations. Their favorite had to be the hippo you could watch walk underwater and run along with them as they traveled around the edge of the room.

Secret's first birthday was themed around fairies, and it was absolutely delightful. Everyone received fairy wings and flower crowns as part of the celebration. There were plenty of treats and party favors for everyone to enjoy.

From an early age, Secret has always had a big appetite, and she truly savored her first bite of birthday cake. She eagerly dove into it, ate a lot, and clearly enjoyed the sugar rush that followed!
